Product analytics
Casamo uses PostHog and Google Analytics by default. They help us understand how people find Casamo, which pages they visit, where searches stop, whether trips complete, and which product interactions need improvement.
Autocapture records interaction types such as clicks and form submissions. Session replay records the shape of a visit. Casamo masks all input values, page text, and element attributes before they are sent. Console logs are not recorded.
When you sign in, Casamo identifies PostHog events with its internal user ID. It does not send your email, listing URLs, review text, host questions, notes, or payment identifiers to either analytics service. Google Analytics receives redacted page paths and limited product outcomes, without Casamo user IDs.
Analytics runs by default and respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
