How allowances work
A complete scan is the full search and report flow. If enough stays pass your required priorities, the report shows 6–10 qualified options; it does not fill the shortlist with poor matches.
Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused scans do not roll over. Monthly plans renew through Stripe until you cancel.
When a scan fails or is unusable, the scan credit is restored so you can try again. Casamo keeps the outcome visible rather than pretending the scan completed.
